Units not attending may also submit entries.For web-based entries, use the entry form on the website as you would for a print version and include the hyperlink addresses. We will have WiFi during the judging, so we should be able to pull the issues up from a laptop.  (However, just in case there are technical difficulties, as an option, you may load your issues onto a thumb drive and submit that, too.)  Entries may be submitted in person during check-in or mailed (such that it is received by June 22, 2018).
